Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after they are ready for shipment. Please note that during the pre-order phase, your order will only ship once production is complete. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in China.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays, including customs processing, may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Bit Babies is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or any additional fees incurred.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bit Babies is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@bit-babies.com. Address changes may not be possible after the order is processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
